My name is Favour Adesina and I am a Passionate UI/UX Designer with 7 years of experience in Design. As a Senior UX Designer at UPMC Health Plan, I apply my skills in User Research, Figma, Axure and Adobe Suite to create intuitive, user-friendly digital products and solutions; leading the team in creative decisions surrounding User Experiences, while working with developers to validate and deploy product changes.

I have a Masters of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, U.S; and a Google UX Design Specialization Certificate. Additionally, my Bachelors degree was in Architecture & Design at the University of Waterloo; therefore, I am extremely passionate about improving the user experience through research, design and iteration.

I possess experiences as a UX Designer and UX Researcher at Honda, The Robotics Institute, ZUZ Labs and Carnegie Mellon University; where I conducted studies and created designs for various problems related to User- Centered experiences, Robotics, Finance, Construction and Healthcare.

Throughout my professional career, I have employed excellent communication, management, and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple high-priority tasks as a Product Designer and Architectural Designer; working across San Francisco, New York, Toronto, and England; and contributing to projects located in Shenzhen, China.
