My name is Faye Ades and I am a Passionate UI/UX Designer with 7 years of experience in UX Design. As a Senior UX Designer at UPMC Health Plan, I apply my skills in User Research, Figma, Axure and Adobe Suite to create intuitive, user-friendly digital products and solutions; leading the team in creative decisions surrounding User Experiences and working with developers to validate and deploy product changes.
I have a Master of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and a Google UX Design Specialization Certificate. Additionally, my Bachelors degree was in Architecture & Design, therefore, I am extremely passionate about improving the user experience through research, design and iteration.
I also possess experiences as a UX Designer and UX Researcher at Honda, The Robotics Institute, ZUZ Labs and Carnegie Mellon University; where I conducted studies and created designs for various problems related to User- Centered experiences, Robotics, Finance, Construction and Healthcare.
Additionally, I have enforced excellent communication, management and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple high priority tasks as a UI/UX designer. Moreso, I am capable of quickly understanding how various types of systems and programs are used in order to provide efficient support and leadership.
